 Mr. and Mrs. John Fiala, of
 110 Fletcher St, announce the
 engagement of their daughter,
 Bette Jane, to Herman F. Wrege,
 Jr., son of Mr. and Mrs. Herman
 F. Wrege of 225 Ward Road.
 The wedding will take place on
 December 2, 1950.

 The marriage of Miss Bette
 Jane Fiala to Herman F. Wrege
 Jr., performed Dec. 2 in St.
 Francis of Assisi Church, is announced
 by the bride's parents,
 Mr. and Mrs. John Fiala of 110
 Fletcher St. The Rev. Francis
 Trapp officiated at the double
 ring ceremony.
 Attending the bride w e re
 Anne Sergiej, her sister, as matron
 of honor; Miss Shirley Wrege,
 sister of the bridegroom,
 Janet Ernst and Shirley Freise,
 bridesmaids, and Judith Sergiej,
 niece of the bride, as flower
 girl.
 The bridegroom was attended
 by his cousin, Harold Badrow,
 as best man, and Joseph Fiala,
 Warren Bushover and Charles
 Gieenburg, ushers.
 The bride wore a white satin
 Rown with fitted bodice and full
 skirt. A leaf edged cape trimmed
 with pearls featured the
 neckline and long sleeves pointed
 over the wrists. Her fingertip
 veil of nylon illusion fell from
 a braided satin crown trimmed
 with seed pearls. She carried a
 bouquet of white roses centered
 with an orchid.
 The matrons of honor wore a
 gold satin gown with fitted bodice
 and full skirt. The bodice
 featured a tucked sheer yoke
 and small satin collar and satin
 trapunto flowers which blended
 into the bodice. She wore long
 gloves and carried a cascade
 bouquet of rust chrysanthemums
 and talisman roses. Similarly
 styled gowns of emerald green
 satin were worn by the bridesmaids
 and flower girl. They carried
 rust chrysanthemums and
 Talisman roses.
 
 The bride's mother wore a
 navy blue crepe dress with burgundy
 accessories and the bridegroom's
 mother wore a brown
 crepe dress with matching accessories.
 Both wore corsages of
 chrysanthemums and y e l l ow
 roses.
 
 Dinner and a reception were
 given in St. Joseph's H a ll
 where the bride's table was centered
 with a tiered wedding
 cake. After a wedding trip to
 Albany and New York Mr.and
 Mrs. Wrege are at home in 110
 Fletcher St.
 Among those who entertained
 for the bride were Mrs. John
 Fiala, Anna Sergiej and Shirley
 Fiala; the Wrege family and
 Doris Badrow; Shirley Freise
 and Janet Ernst; Alice DeSimone,
 Mrs. Irene Harmon.
