EAST WILSON, May 22-The body
of Edward .W, Culver. 62 years old,
prominent truck farmer and fruit
grower, was found hanging from the
beam In the garage on his farm on
Chestnut street, shortly after 6 o'clock
Sunday afternoon. Coroner Frank
Carmer of Newfane Issued a certifi-
cate of suicide.
The Culvers had guests during the
afternoon, and the aged farmer ap-
peared cheerful. He had had no
financial or family worries, author-
ties were Informed.
His wife went to the garage in
search of him during the late after-
noon and found the body, which was
cut down with the aid of a neighbor.
Besides his wife, Grace Culver, Mr.
Culver Is survived by one son,.Clif-
ford, at home, and one brother,
Frank, of this village.
Funeral services will be held from
the home on Tuesday afternoon at
2:30 o'clock, standard time. The Rev.
Reginald Cory, pastor the East Wilson
M. E. church, will officiate. Inter-
ment will be In North Rldge ceme-
tery.
