NORTH TONAWANDA -
Boleslaus (Ben) Lisiak, 59, of
33 First Ave., died unexpectedly
Thursday (April 30. 1964)
in DeGraff Memorial Hospital.
He was a life-long resident
of this city and was employed
by the Sportservice Corp.,
Buffalo, and was a member
of the Holy Name Society of
Our Lady of Czestochowa.
He is survived by his wife,
Irene Frydel Lisiak; three
sons, D a n i e l Lisiak, Perry,
N.Y., Jerald Lisiak and Medard
Lisiak, both at home;
two daughters, Mrs. John Yolanda
Chase and Miss Melaine
Lisiak, both of this city; three
sisters, Miss Vera Lisiak, Mrs.
Frances LeGros and Mrs.
Donald (Freda) Verrall, all of
this city; and six grandchildren.
Prayers will be said at 9:30
a.m. Monday at the Skomski
Funeral Home, followed by a
Requiem Mass at 10 a.m. at
Our Lady of Czestochowa
Church. Burial will be in
Mount Olivet Cemetery,
