  North Tonawanda NY Evening News - 6/3/1946 Christian Lindemann, 78, died this morning at his home, 72 Highland avenue, after a lingering illness. Born in Shawnee, he had resided in Tonawanda the past 53 years. He was a member of Lumber City Tent, K.O.T.M., and Broad Street Baptist church. Surviving are his wife, Christene; a daughter, Mrs. Howard J. Arenz; a son, Raymond W. Lindemann; a sister, Mrs. Helen Beyer; two grandsons, Walter and David Arenz, and a great granddaughter, Kathleen Marie Arenz. Rites will be conducted Wednesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from the residence. The Rev. Norman G. Crawford will officiate. Burial will be in Elmlawn.
