Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Fredericks
have returned from a wedding tour
to Pennsylvania

Mrs. Glenn A. Rohring have announced
the engagement of their
daughter Janeta May, to Mr. Raymond
K. Fredericks, son of Mrs.
Emma Fredericks of Wilson. The
wedding will take place In November.

EAST WILSON, N .T. A very
pretty wedding took place Saturday
evening at 7 o'clock in St. Peter's
Lutheran church In North Ridge,
when the Rev. Carl W. Oldach, pastor
of the church,, united in marriage
Miss Janeta M. Rohring,
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glenn
Rohring .of the Townline road, and
Raymond K. Fredericks, son of
Mrs. Emma Fredricks, of Wilson.
The ceremony took placv before an
altar banked with various colored
chrystanthemums. The musical selections
were played by Mrs. Leonard
Borget.
The bride, who was given in marriage
by her father, was lovely in a
floor-length gown of white taffeta
with a long sweeping train. The
gown was fashioned with a sweetheart
neckline, long sleeves, closefitting
bodice and a full skirt. Her
finger tip veil of illusion1 was fastened
to a dainty tiara of orange
blossoms and pearls. She also wore
a three strand necklace of pearls, a
gift of the bridegroom and carried
a bride's bouquet of sweetheart roses
and gardenias with a shower ribbon
streamers.
Mrs. Russell Urtel. matron of
honor, wore a floor length gown of
gold moire taffeta with matching
velvet flowers in her hair and carried
a bouquet of roses and chrysanthemums
tied with a blue and
gold ribbon. Miss Lucille Donner,
maid of honor, wore a floor-length
gown of crushed rose moire taffeta
with matching velvet flowers in her
hair and carried a bouquet of
chrysanthemums and roses tied
with a blue ribbon. Miss Doris Cor-
nell, the bridesmaid, wore a floor-
length gown of cloud blue moire
taffeta with matching velvet flow-
ers in her hair and carried a bou-
quet of roses and chrysanthemums
tied with a pink ribbon. Miss Vivian
Rohring, sister of the bride, was
Junior bridesmaid and wore a floorlength
electric blue gown of moire
taffeta with matching flowers in
her hai rand caarried a colonial bou-
quet of pink roses and white chrys-
anthemums tied with a matching
color shower of ribbon streamers.
Carol Urtel was flower girl and
wore a floor-length gown of electric
blue moire taffeta with matching
flowers In her hair and carried a
colonial bouquet of pink and white
chrysanthemums tied with matching
ribbons.
Lawrence Urtel acted as best man.
The ushers were Donald Siebert and
Russell Urtel.
The mother of the bride wore a
soldier blue wool crepe dress with
matching accessories and a corsage
of pink rosebuds and gardenias.
The mother of the groom wore an
aquamarine wool crepe dress with
matching accessories and corsage of
pink rosebuds and gardenias.
The bride's grandmother, Mrs
Smalling, wore a soldier blue silk
crepe dress with a shoulder corsage
of chrysanthemums and roses with
matching accessories. The bride's
grandmother. Mrs. Rohring, wore a
plum wool crepe dress with shoulder
corsage of chrysanthemums and
roses with matching accessories.
Immediately after the ceremony a
wedding supper was held for the
bridal party and immediate fam-
ilies.
Mr. and Mrs. Fredrick left on a
short wedding trip. the bride wore
an ensemble of rose and blue with
a shoulder corsage of gardenias and
matching accessories. Upon their
return, they will reside in Wilson.
