A very pretty June wedding took
place last evening at eight o'clock
St. Peter's church, when Miss Dorothy
Mildred Barker, of Buffalo avenue, became
the bride of Mr. J a m e s Albert
Holladay of Charlotteville, Va., the
Rev. Mr. Robinson of Paterson, N. J
ofliciating in the presence of the two
immediate families and a few friends.
Miss Barker looked beautiful in a
white satin gown, enriched with lace
and a watteau plait train. She car-
ried a shower bouquet of bride's roses
and lillies of the valley and wore a
veil caught with orange blossoms.
Miss Gladys Pettebone, as maid of
honor, wore a handsome imported em-
broidered batiste gown with teal is-
let lace, and carried pink roses. Mr.
Alfred Suchy of Austria, was best
man. After the ceremony a reception
was held at the home of the bride's
sister and brother, Mr. and Mrs. S. J.
Deylin, Buffalo avenue, for the im-
mediat families. After an extended
wedding trip Mr. and Mrs. Holladay
will reside in this city. Among the
guests present were Mr. and Mrs. H.
A. Cozzens and son Douglas of To-
ronto and Mrs. William H. Koble and
Miss Isabelle Holladay of Baltimore, Md.
