  Niagara Gazette - 10/24/1935 LEWISTON. Oct. 24.—Mrs. Minnie Jacobs, 87 years old, died yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Herman Lindhurst, two miles east of Lewiston on the Ridge road. Mrs. Jacobs leaves three sons, Frank and William, of Lockport, and Albert, of Wilson: four daughters, Mrs. John Simmons, of RansomvtUe, Mrs. Fred Strablow, of Voungstown, Mrs. Charles Dobbertean. of Niagara Falls, and Mrs. Herman Lindhurst, of the Town of Lewiston; two sisters, Mrs. Fred Behnke, of Cambria, and Mrs. George Dean, of Niagara Falls, 26 grandchildren. 36 great-grandchildren and three great great-grandchildren. The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p. m. from the home of the daughter and at 2:30 o'clock from 8 t Peter's Lutheran church at North Ridge. Interment will be In North Ridge cemetery. Mrs. Jacobs was born in Germany and had resided In this country for 62 years. She was the widow of Fred Jacobs, a former well known farmer of this district For the past 20 years she had made her home with her daughter. She was a member of St. Peter's Lutheran church at North Ridge.
