WILSON, Sept. 8-The marriage of
Miss Dorothy E. Riseley, daughter of
Mrs. Hattie Riseley, and Norman J.
Thilk, son of Mr. and Mrs. Fred
Thilk, was performed by the Rev.
John B. Harry at the M. E. parsonage,
East street, Buffalo, on September
3 at 4 p. in.
The bride wore an attractive brown
suit with brown accessories and a
shoulder corsage of button chrysanthemums.
The attendants were Dr. and Mrs.
John V. Anderson, of Delevan, N. Y.,
Mrs. Anderson wore green with green
accessories, and a snoulder corsage.
Following the ceremony, dinner
was served at the Marigold tea room,
Niagara Falls. Mr. and Mrs. Thilk
left for a motor trip to Georgian Bay.
Prenuptlals included a dinner and
shower by Sarah Marshall, Frances
Gressman and Mildred Yaeger; a
paper shower by Larlna Robblns and
Mrs. Charles Fuller; Kitchen shower
by Mrs. John V. Anderson; buffet
supper and towel shower by Marion
Stevenson; variety shower by Esther
Reld; towel shower by Dorothy Marshal;
a bridge luncheon by Mrs. Walter
Baumann; a luncheon by Mrs.
John Atkins Jr., a luncheon by Mrs.
James Brodle, and a dinner party and
bitchen shower by Mrs. Frank Cooley.
They will make their home In Wilson.
