  Obituary from Evening News of the Tonawandas Tuesday, July 1, 1924 MRS. MARIE FRITZ IS DEAD AT SEVENTY-FOUR Mrs. Marie Fritz, age 74, wife of the late August Fritz, died suddenly this morning at the home of her son, August Fritz, 260 Stenzil street. She was born in Germany and had lived in North Tonawanda for the past 44 years. She is survived by five daughters, Mrs. Albert Roggow, Mrs. August Broecker, Mrs. Ernest Karre of North Tonawanda, Mrs. Henry Zimpf of Buffalo and Mrs. Albert Drews of Kenmore, one son, August Fritz, fourteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren. The funeral will be held Thursday afternoon at two o'clock from the house and at two-thirty from St. Paul's church on Felton street. Burial will be made at Fairmont cemetery, the Rev. Albert Klindworth, officiating.
